Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Are you prepared to contribute significantly to Danske Bank's transformation into a data-driven organisation? Join our Group Data Management Office as we establish standards, create essential processes, and implement data management programmes across the entire Danske Bank Group. You will gain valuable experience in programme delivery while working with a team of more than 30 employees across multiple locations.

What you will be doing

Working within the Data & Analytics Organisation, you will support the Group Data Management programme alongside our Programme Manager and Data Management leads. Our team spans Copenhagen, London, Vilnius, Aarhus, and India, helping the bank mitigate data risks through structured processes and tools.

  • Collaborate with the Programme Manager on programme delivery and setup
  • Support leads in tracking deliveries and managing risks
  • Facilitate workshops within the team and across the organisation
  • Update and track project plans with attention to detail
  • Manage programme risks and issues systematically
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders across the bank

 

About you

  • Solid understanding of project management practices through experience
  • Team player with effective communication skills
  • Independent working style with strong stakeholder management abilities
  • Upper-intermediate English skills
  • Proficiency in Office suite applications
  • Experience in project management, PMO roles, or consulting background

Skills in MS Project, JIRA, and Tableau would be beneficial but are not essential for the right candidate.

Monthly salary range

from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
