The team 

Join our Regulatory Engagement team, a part of Group Risk & Compliance, and take on a leading role in continuously enhancing Danske Banks interactions with our regulators. As Regulatory Engagement Lead, you will be managing relationships with authorities such as the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, the UK PRA, the FCA amongst others, while operating across all of Danske Banks business units internationally.

What you will be doing

This role focuses on Large Corporates & Institutions and Business Customers, as you step into the key position of leading supervisory dialogues, handling inspections, and ensuring regulatory requests and commitments are met. You will serve as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, enabling the bank to navigate regulatory complexity with integrity and collaboration. As part of our 15-member team, you will collaborate with colleagues to define and enhance frameworks for regulatory interactions, while promoting integrity, collaboration, and open dialogue within a collaborative environment.

About you

• A relevant academic background (e.g., cand.merc, cand.jur, or similar). 
• Strong knowledge of Danish and European financial regulation. 
• 3+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, or risk-related roles. 
• Experience working with or within relevant authorities. 
• Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. 
• Solid project management skills with a capacity to prioritise effectively. 
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
