Ever wondered what happens when a large company becomes our customer? How corporate e-banking works behind the scenes? Join our Customer Care Delivery FI and NO/DK team and discover these answers while helping shape the banking experience for Finnish, Danish and Norwegian corporate clients.

You will have an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team of 15 people that provide services to our corporate customer such as accounts opening/closure procedures, implementing customer packages and ensuring smooth District (e-banking) features set-up for the Finnish, Danish and Norwegian market.

We are looking for a colleague who would be focused on efficiency, team goals, seek to provide high-quality services to our Corporate customers, and be engaged in Lean culture.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania. 

What you will be doing

  • Deliver day-to-day services for Finish, Danish and Norway business and VIP customers
  • Resolve customer issues and handle ad hoc requests efficiently
  • Collaborate with Finish, Danish and Norway adviser teams to optimise customer solutions
  • Maintain process quality while identifying automation and improvement opportunities (Robotics, Lean, etc.)
  • Participate in various initiatives and projects to enhance service delivery

About you

  • At least 1 year of experience (in an operational or administrative role would be beneficial)  
  • Critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Focus on delivering high quality and accurate work
  • Team-oriented mindset with goal-focused approach
  • Strong collaboration and communications abilities
  • Proactive contributor and process improver
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken 

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1520 EUR to 2280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
