To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced .NET Chapter Lead who combines strong engineering expertise with a strong interest in people leadership. Be part of an exciting period of transformation
This position is designed for a leader who is equally motivated by technology and people leadership, combining hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities. You will play a dual role both being an individual contributor and a leader to our .NET chapter. This means that you will:
Be the HR manager for other skilled software engineers, accountable for them growing both on a professional and on a personal level. This includes all HR responsibilities such as coaching and development, training, performance reviews and recruitment activities.
Collaborate closely with other Chapter Leads and drive engineering excellence, best practices and continuous improvement across the Chapters and broader engineering community.
Perform hands-on software engineering work using modern .NET technologies.
Support the evolution of our technology landscape by promoting modern engineering practices, integration patterns and scalable solution design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts and other development teams to deliver high quality software solutions with a Can Do attitude and focus on execution
Collaborate with other Chapter Leads and the IT Lead to support our continued transformation.
This is more than a traditional Chapter Lead role. It is an opportunity to develop the future technology capabilities of the People Tribe while leading a team of highly skilled engineers through an exciting period of transformation. You will also have an opportunity to lead technology workstream in an upcoming HCM implementation program.
You will play a central role in strengthening engineering excellence, growing talents and supporting the continued evolution of our technology landscape and strategy of the People Tribe.
About you:
We are looking for a senior technology professional with a foundation in software engineering and a strong commitment to developing people and organisations
You will likely bring:
Relevant degree in a technical field or equivalent practical C#/.NET experience
Solid knowledge of software development principles and technologies
Demonstrated experience building, reviewing, and troubleshooting applications and integrations
Experience working with APIs and event-based architecture
Familiarity with modern development practices, including automation, cloud-based environments and AI driven methodologies
Familiarity with DataBricks and Data engineering principles
Leadership experience with a true passion for developing and growing people and organisations
A continuous improvement mindset and curiosity for new technologies, engineering practices and ways of working
Upper-intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 5760 EUR to 8640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
