With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Specialist to join our team. As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing corporate actions for our clients' investment portfolios. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' investments are optimized, and all corporate actions are executed accurately and efficiently. 


Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 24 months). 

You will:


    Monitor and analyze corporate actions including dividends, interest payments, reinvestments, rights distribution, and more.
    Ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate actions in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
    Collaborate with various internal departments, including trading, compliance, and investment teams, to coordinate corporate action responses.
    Provide expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders regarding the impact of corporate actions on their portfolios.
    Perform risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with corporate actions.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to corporate actions.
    Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in corporate actions processing.

About you:

    Previous experience in corporate actions processing within a financial institution or asset management firm would be an advantage
    Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and corporate actions
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    Experience in Income or Corporate Actions processing would be considered a benefit
    SWIFT knowledge would be considered a benefit
    Upper-Intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 2200 EUR to 3300 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
