Full Job Description
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Over-the-counter Derivatives services team within the Markets Services department in Vilnius, where you can actively contribute to the progression of Danske bank. In the OTC Derivatives services team, we work with different types of customers in Nordic countries and other Danske Bank Group regions, and our main mission is to help our clients run their businesses successfully.
As a Markets Specialist, you will be responsible for various post-trade services, such as derivatives cash settlements, reconciliations, investigations, and continuous process improvements. A Markets Specialist performs post-trade services tasks of medium complexity, while working closely with stakeholders and customers.
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
This will be a temporary contract until 2028-12-31.
You will:
- Settle derivatives on timely manner
- Process transactions on behalf of clients and stakeholders
- Perform daily controls and investigations
- Perform account reconciliations
- Update our register of Standard Operating Procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues from front offices in the Nordics and global external partners via e-mail or phone
- Constantly improve and optimize processes using Lean principles
About you:
- At least 1-2 years of experience and knowledge in post-trade services area
- Higher education (in Finance, Economics or relevant field would be an advantage)
- Attentive to details and able to learn quickly
- A team-oriented person who enjoys working, sharing knowledge, and having fun together
- Willing to develop and learn new things
- Upper-intermediate English language skills both in speaking and writing

Monthly salary range from 2200 EUR to 3300 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
