Join Asset Management Operations Lithuania
You will join AMOPS Lithuania a well-established Asset Management Operations hub in Vilnius with around 40 colleagues working closely with teams in Denmark, Norway and Finland.
Within AMOPS Lithuania, you will be part of the Static Data & Prices team, responsible for reference and market data in our investment platform. You will work closely with skilled colleagues in Vilnius and Copenhagen in a supportive, informal and trust-based culture with a strong focus on learning, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
We operate in an area where reliable daily delivery is our bread and butter. At the same time, we continually improve our processes, controls and tools so our operations remain stable, efficient and scalable.
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.).
You will:
Take end-to-end responsibility for the timely and accurate creation, maintenance and pricing of financial instruments in SimCorp Dimension
Work across a broad product scope including equities, fixed income, ETD and OTC products
Collaborate closely with the entire value chain to ensure reference and market data is complete, validated and fit for business needs such as NAV calculation, trading, portfolio and risk management and reporting
Operate within a structured set-up with daily routines, cut-off times and clear ownership
Collaborate with colleagues, challenge existing ways of working, drive more automation and strengthen the control environment
Contribute to the development and enhancement of controls and processes
Use Python, GenAI and advanced tools to optimise operational workflows and support continuous improvements in the set-up

About you:
Higher education degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, mathematics or similar
At least 3 years of relevant experience within investment, asset management, securities operations or a similar financial area
Experience with an investment platform (e.g. SimCorp Dimension) is an advantage
Interest in using Python for automation, data processing and reporting (experience is an advantage, but a strong interest in learning is equally valuable)
Strong communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
A structured, result-oriented and proactive way of working
