Financial Planning Operations - Financial Reporting Specialist

 

Location: Wrocaw - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

 

As a Senior Associate within the Business Analysis sub-function of FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting delivery of financial analysis, reporting, and insights to Finance leadership.

 

You will work closely with other team members to analyze data, prepare monthly performance packages, and interpret the performance results. This role will establish a trusted relationship with their stakeholders, understanding their needs and teaming with other Finance team members to bring best in class analytical support, functional expertise and reporting solutions.

 

This role offers the opportunity to build foundational FP&A skills, collaborate across functions and geographies, and learn from experienced finance professionals. You will be encouraged to develop analytical capabilities, embrace technology and automation, and grow as a trusted business advisor within the Finance organization.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Prepare monthly reporting and support monthly performance packages for respective business, with draft analysis and commentary
  • Coordinate and summarize demand signals (wins, pipeline, backlog) and perform baseline analyses to inform forwardlooking views
  • Support financial modeling, ad hoc analysis, using a variety of data sources and analytical approaches, and summarize observations and insights
  • Contribute to the coordination and processing of key financial processes including Plan, Forecast, and Month End
  • Provide data and interpretation of financial results via written communications and presentations
  • Incorporate automation, AI, and advanced analytics to drive innovation in financial reporting and insights by partnering with Global Analytics, Data & Technology and Reporting & Data Analytics teams; identify automation opportunities and pilot improvements.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to learn, contribute to team initiatives, and raise the profile of the Finance team within the business
  • Demonstrate initiative and a growth mindset in approaching problem-solving and professional development

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools, predominantly Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Good interpersonal skills - can work alongside and gain the trust and respect of stakeholders at all levels
