The Strategy Execution Team oversees the implementation of the Forward 28 strategy in Personal Customers. The team focuses on: i) orchestrating the design, delivery, and implementation of the execution initiative portfolio, ii) ensuring clear decision-making, consistent prioritization, and management of dependencies and risks, and iii) maintaining ongoing alignment with other business units and group functions.

About the role

In this role you will collaborate closely with other teams in Strategy Execution, agile development tribes, PC domain leadership and other entities in the group that are working with digital strategy execution.

You will:

• Collaborate with tribes to identify and prioritize digital development themes, align them with the overarching roadmap, and ensure consistency with strategic goals.
• Drive digital strategy tracks for Forward 28, including planning long-term roadmaps, assessing AI impacts, and defining target business architecture.
• Work with other teams in the bank to continuously optimize agile governance and ways of working in Danske Bank
• Improve outcome focus in strategy execution by e.g. ensuring right execution governance and create transparency on digital development traction and follow-up on realization of key digital development outcomes during the year

What youll need to succeed

We are looking for a strategy consultant with a strong commercial and business understanding, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn. You should possess a consulting toolbox and have an affinity for digital development.

About you:

• Masters degree in a relevant field such as economics/business, IT, or law
• At least 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy execution, and/or consultancy
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Structured approach with ownership for timely, high-quality deliveries
• Strong storytelling skills and proficiency in PowerPoint usage
• Interest in digital and agile ways of working
• Advanced English skills with clear communication of complex subjects
• Openness to feedback and challenging ideas for optimal customer outcomes

Monthly salary range from 5760 EUR to 8640 EUR (based on your competencies relevant to your job)
