Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Help shape how Financial Crime Prevention makes critical decisions at Danske Bank. Your analytical work will support over a thousand colleagues across our operations. Join the team where your technical skills directly enhance strategic decision-making.
You will be part of the Operational Reporting team within Financial Crime Prevention, working alongside 8 data analysts and 2 business analysts to provide clear, reliable reporting that supports day-to-day management and strategic goals. Your dashboards and data insights will help team leads and heads of area understand workloads, capacity, and process effectiveness.
As a Data Analyst, you will use SQL coding and Tableau to develop, enhance and maintain team's solutions. Your work will be focused on value-adding activities, while maintaining a daily automatically refreshed intuitive reporting portfolio.

The position will be based in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
What you will be doing
- Design and optimise SQL-based data transformation processes to integrate information from multiple Financial Crime Prevention data sources into reliable reporting datasets
- Build, maintain and improve Tableau dashboards and reports supporting Financial Crime Prevention leadership and employees
- Collaborate closely with Business Analyst in the team as well as operations, management, compliance, risk and technology stakeholders to gather, clarify and validate reporting requirements
- Translate complex financial crime processes into clear metrics, KPIs and SLAs, ensuring consistent definitions and transparent calculation logic
- Identify, validate and optimise information sources to support accurate, efficient and scalable reporting solutions
- Document SQL processes, information models, KPI definitions and reporting solutions in Confluence to support auditability, knowledge sharing and future scalability
About you
- 2+ years of experience in complex data integration and transformation tasks
- Practical SQL experience for developing scalable reporting datasets
- Hands-on experience with Tableau (or similar dashboard development tool), including building, maintaining and improving interactive dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Ability to work with various stakeholders to define metrics and requirements, challenge assumptions and ensure clarity and consistency in reporting
- Degree in a quantitative, technical or related field (such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or similar) demonstrating strong analytical capabilities
- Experience documenting SQL workflows, models and reporting logic in a structured and transparent way; preferably use of Confluence for documentation and JIRA for backlog management
- Advanced English skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal form
