You will join the Attract & Engage cluster within the Customer Engagement Individuals Tribe. Leveraging our recent investment in the Adobe Experience Platform we are committed to delivering personalized and superior banking experiences.

 

The Customer Engagement Individuals Tribe is a dynamic and diverse team responsible for developing and maintaining customer-facing applications, including AI Chatbot, CRM, and meeting preparation tools. Our mission is to enhance the way we engage with individual customers by implementing advanced CRM and MarTech tooling. This includes driving personalized interactions, leveraging data insights, and ensuring a strong technological foundation that supports our business objectives.

Location is Denmark, Copenhagen or Lithuania, Vilnius. 
No relocation support is offered.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership for the MarTech engineering team (up to 10 engineers across DK/LT), including direction setting, coaching and competence development, and take active part in cluster leadership together with Product Owner Cluster Lead, Product Owners, Business Chapter Lead and Cluster Architect
  • Drive best practice engineering for MarTech together with architects to ensure a future-proof set-up for development, stability and maintenance, including architecture, governance of customer and event information, and privacy and security compliance
  • Take ownership in core technical deliveries such as channel integrations together with product owners and architects
  • Work closely with Product Owners to secure alignment of priorities and technical deliveries within the cluster/tribe and towards dependent teams and platforms
  • Support the configuration and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud and related MarTech platforms, ensuring that solutions follow Danske Bank standards, controls and processes
  • Act as a sparring partner to the Product Owner Cluster Lead and contribute to a shared direction and roadmap 
  • Serve as technical liaison translating marketing and business requirements into robust technical designs, configurations and implementations
  • Establish, communicate and continuously improve MarTech engineering and operational best practices, including documentation, monitoring, CI/CD and quality standards

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field; equivalent practical MarTech experience can be considered lieu of a degree 
  • 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles (for example Engineering Manager, or Technical MarTech Lead) with proven people leadership and end-to-end delivery responsibility 
  • Strong hands-on background in Marketing Technology, including practical experience with Adobe Experience Platform and preferably components such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Launch / tags
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs and event-based architectures, including experience with channel integrations (web, app, email, paid media, etc.)
  • Working experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including familiarity with security as well as CI/CD pipelines and monitoring.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
