Full Job Description
Location: Aarhus C, Denmark
Join a newly established team transforming how Danske Bank communicates with customers. As Chief Business Consultant, you will shape our digital transformation agenda, improve customer experience, and reduce communication costs through data-driven insights and strategic execution.
What You Will Be Doing
You will play a central role in one of Danske Bank's most important customer communication transformation agendas. Working closely with Technology, Business, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams, you will translate strategic ambitions into clear priorities and tangible results that reduce unnecessary communication and shift distribution into bank-owned digital channels.
Shape and drive the Print & Post Digital Transformation roadmap, prioritising initiatives that reduce communication volumes, improve relevance and scale bank-owned digital distribution channels.
Analyse complex data to identify patterns in volumes, costs and channel usage
Drive selected initiatives, from analysis and business case development to stakeholder alignment, execution, follow-up and benefit tracking.
Build transparency and governance across costs, volumes, KPIs, risks and dependencies while partnering closely with Technology, Business, Finance, Legal/Risk/Compliance and Operations.
About You
- Strong analytical and financial skills with ability to work with complex data
Experience in business analysis, consulting, product ownership or transformation roles
A strong execution profile who gets close to the details, follows up proactively and can drive tasks forward independently in a newly established team.
Ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology functions
Comfortable working independently and following up on tasks without oversight
Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
Proficient in written and spoken English
Collaborative team player motivated by making a difference
Preferably you have experience working in complex organisations with many stakeholders and dependencies, and are comfortable aligning diverse needs while understanding technical constraints.
