As our new Business Intelligence Specialist and colleague in Business Risk Transformation, you will join a driven international team focused on simplifying customer lifecycles and improving outcomes across all Danske Bank business units. The team is spread across Denmark, Sweden, and Lithuania.

The workplace can be located in either Vilnius, Lithuania or Warsaw, Poland. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania or Poland.

You will:

  • Extract, transform, validate, and analyse large datasets to simplify customer lifecycle initiatives

  • Use your solid understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI and automation tools to explore how to enhance and scale processes and improve outcomes

  • Identify patterns, anomalies, root causes, and opportunities to inform clear business recommendations

  • Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to turn insights into impactful business strategies

  • Document assumptions, controls, and processes to continuously improve ways of working

  • Take a proactive approach while contributing within a dynamic project setting

You have:

  • 3+ years of expertise in extracting, investigating, and recommending based on complex data

  • Worked on your own with SQL, Alteryx, and data reconciliation

  • A structured, curious approach to identifying patterns and drawing actionable conclusions

  • Deep knowledge of how GenAI / Agentic AI / automation tools can improve data and processes

  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills 

  • Ability to prioritise work independently yet aligned to team objectives

  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken

  • An open mind and a battery that charges by socialising with colleagues online and offline

 

We offer:

For hires in Lithuania, monthly salary range is from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

For hires in Poland, compensation will be aligned with local market conditions and shared as part of the recruitment process.
