Full Job Description

Location: Copenhagen V, Denmark

Join our Transaction Management team and expand your knowledge of derivatives trading and rates/FX products. You will work directly with traders and salespeople, playing a crucial role in daily trading workflows while developing your expertise in financial markets.

 

What You Will Be Doing

Working from the Trading Floor at Danske Bank's headquarters, you will support the daily trading and sales workflow of financial derivatives, collaborating closely with Sales and Trading teams globally. You will join a team of 13 motivated colleagues that serves as a knowledge bridge between Fixed Income Trading, Sales, Quant and Back Office functions.

  • Execute OTC derivatives trades with precision and attention to detail
  • Validate trade details and monitor trade flow across multiple systems
  • Optimise workflows and contribute to automation initiatives
  • Support process improvements within the team and broader organisation
  • Collaborate with Fixed Income and FX teams on operational matters

 

About You

  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance or related field
  • Knowledge of financial derivatives through studies or work experience
  • Strong analytical mindset with structured approach to problem-solving
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments
  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages
  • Solid interest in financial markets and trading products
  • Technical skills in Python, VBA, SQL or similar programming languages would be highly valuable for our ongoing automation projects.
