The Software Engineer I engineers secure, scalable and reliable technology solutions, with appropriate mentoring, to advance CMEG in the global marketplace and serve risk management needs of customers around the world.

Principal Accountabilities:
Conducts coding at sprint level potentially minimal design in POD model
Conducts unit testing of own code. Reviews unit tests with mentor.
Exhibits basic proficiency in language knowledge; Writes application modules and unit tests with guidance.
Exhibits knowledge of SQL and basic database modelling.
Implements designs received from managers or immediate supervisors.
optimises code with supervision. Applies learning from prior code reviews and helps with environment build deployments. Corrects identified defects and issues.

* Willing to work in production issues on rotational basis

Skills & Software Requirements:

Good hands on implementation in React.Js / Java / API development
Good knowledge of backend BQ/SQL/Postgres with basic modelling

Good working experience in cloud , nice to have GCP experience
