Job Overview

Position Objective/Purpose/Background

This position is a client facilitation manager role that works with and support Markets Sales to improve client experience.

  • Support actively sales and contribute to improving the relationship between the entire company and its customers. (Client Experience)

  • Work with Client Specialist to provide the necessary support for our sales activities, as well as deal with negotiations with customers

Key Responsibilities

Enhance client service levels by providing focused service to Markets Japan Sales client

  • Drive document negotiations with these clients, and accordingly reduce overall backlogs.

  • Create greater transparency around Credit/Legal requirements in documents, working closely with Sales and RMs

  • Manage to make the new client / account onboarding as well as KYC / AML process timely and efficient by working together with the relevant Ops and ICRM colleagues

  • Drive the Markets Japan wide project to review and improve the new client / account onboarding process as well as KYC/AML requirements / policies /procedures / templates to achieve the Sales and Client Experience

Drive Firm policy for documentation/ credit initiatives to manage Citi risk profile while balancing the client relationships

  • Develop themes for client documentation exception requests, and identify streamlined escalation solutions

  • Identify best practices through our analysis of competitive pressures/trends
