Procurement and Third-Party Management (P&TPM) is responsible for procuring products and services for Citigroup and manages the risks associated with Citis use of and reliance upon third party relationships, including outsourced arrangements, across all business lines and locations. P&TPM defines and oversees the implementation of policies and standards that provide controls to assess and manage risks related to Citis third-party relationships and outsourcing arrangements. The goal of P&TPM is to support Citis selection and management of third parties capable of providing products and services in a safe and sound manner and at a reasonable cost and to manage the risks associated with third parties. (P&TPM) is responsible for procuring products and services for Citigroup and manages the risks associated with Citis use of and reliance upon third party relationships, including outsourced arrangements, across all business lines and locations. P&TPM defines and oversees the implementation of policies and standards that provide controls to assess and manage risks related to Citis third-party relationships and outsourcing arrangements. The goal of P&TPM is to support Citis selection and management of third parties capable of providing products and services in a safe and sound manner and at a reasonable cost and to manage the risks associated with third parties.

Citi is currently seeking a Third-Party Management professional to join the team to support the United Kingdom in ongoing compliance with local regulations (PRA SS2/21) supported by Citis TPM Program.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the United Kingdom Committee Decision Register (Committee Register) in line with Prudential Regulatory Authority requirements which includes all UK Outsourcing and Third-Party Management relationships.

Reconciliation of the Committee Register against Citi Golden Sources and UK Relationship Outsourcing summarises, including half yearly validation with Business Activity Owners and UK Service Recipient Owners.

Maintain the Committee Register, Reconciliation and Validation Process documents.

Production of the Annual Material outsourcing Register and submission to the Regulator within required timeline including maintaining required processes document and evidence of execution / approvals.

Interpretation and implementation of the UK Regulators Material outsourcing register requirements including engagement of 2nd and 3rd line to ensure ongoing compliance.

Work with Initiative Owners and UK Regulatory Engagement Team to ensure that regulatory notifications are sent to the UK Regulators by action due date / prior to implementation of material outsourcing / Third Party relationships.

Work with UK Service Recipient Owners and Business Activity Owners to ensure appropriate controls are in place and effective for Material and Critical Outsourcing Arrangements.

Work with Procurement, BAOs and Sourcing Managers to ensure the material Third Party Relationships include EBA Outsourcing requirements.

Drive change and challenge existing process for improvement.

Support the UK Outsourcing and TPM Committee as requested.

Any other tasks / projects delegated by the Outsourcing and TPM UK Head.

Qualifications & Skills:

Attention to detail.

Experience in managing to regulatory requirements.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which engage and maintain mutually beneficial relationships across functions and businesses.

Analytic thinking and problem solving.

Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment.

Experience in managing to regulatory requirements.

Beneficial to have experience or good understanding of Citi TPM Policy and Standards and the TPM Life Cycle phases.

Proven excellent skills in Microsoft Office products (excel, power-point, word, access) and other collaboration tool.
