About the department

  • The Enterprise Vendor Management team drives Franklin Templetons global sourcing and vendor strategy. The team manages labor and non-labor suppliers to deliver high-quality services while optimizing cost and value. Team members partner with global stakeholders to execute strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contract management. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to large-scale global projects and high-value business decisions.

How you will add value?

You will:

  • Manage sourcing across key business categories.

  • Gather and clarify stakeholder requirements.

  • Execute sourcing and contracting activities.

  • Maintain accurate records for all engagements.

  • Track requests and ensure timely updates.

  • Run sourcing events and manage intake queues.

  • Support supplier negotiations and contracting.

  • Review and redline agreements.

  • Partner with Legal to resolve contract issues.

  • Manage supplier relationships and performance.

  • Contribute to projects and strategic initiatives.

What will help you be successful in this role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • 25 years in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management

  • Exposure to professional services and corporate categories

  • Financial services experience preferred

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Technical Skills:

  • Strong sourcing and contracting knowledge

  • Experience with spend analysis and reporting

  • Contract review and redlining capability

  • Intermediate Excel skills

  • Familiarity with sourcing and procurement tools

Soft Skills:

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity

  • Strong prioritization and multitasking ability

  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication

Job Level - Individual Contributor

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
