Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Product Analyst & Test Lead to lead product analysis, testing strategy, and business validation activities for complex enterprise initiatives. This role combines expertise in Product Analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Quality Assurance, Project Leadership, and SAS-based validation to ensure successful validation of business-critical solutions.

The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, development teams, and testing resources, translating business requirements into actionable test strategies and validating that solutions align with organizational objectives. This position requires strong leadership in managing end-to-end testing efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting business and impact analysis, and driving successful project execution.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, user expectations, and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, and vendors throughout the UAT lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive UAT strategies, plans, schedules, entry/exit criteria, and governance processes.
  • Coordinate business user participation in test planning, test case development, test execution, defect validation, and final sign-off activities.
  • Facilitate UAT kickoff meetings, status reviews, defect triage sessions, stakeholder walkthroughs, and executive-level reporting.
  • Ensure UAT test scenarios accurately reflect real-world business processes, workflows, and customer experiences.
  • Partner with business analysts and product teams to review requirements, acceptance criteria, and process changes to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Conduct requirements traceability and impact assessments for new enhancements, system changes, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Monitor UAT execution progress, defect resolution, testing metrics, and overall release readiness.
  • Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End testing activities to ensure seamless transition into UAT.
  • Validate testing evidence and business outcomes, providing recommendations for production deployment and business approval.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, issues, and testing roadblocks, and proactively drive mitigation plans.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities while delivering successful testing outcomes within aggressive timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely defect resolution and effective communication of testing impacts.
  • Support solution design and requirement review sessions to ensure business requirements are testable and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships across business and technology teams to achieve successful project delivery.
  • Mentor business testers and provide guidance on UAT best practices, testing methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance UAT processes, tools, governance, and testing efficiency.
  • Ensure all business acceptance criteria are satisfied and documented prior to release approval.
  • Support post-implementation validation activities to confirm successful deployment and business adoption of delivered solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience
  • Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics
  • Advanced SAS programming skills are required (must-have).
  • Proven experience using SAS to analyze large datasets, perform data validation, reconcile results, identify gaps, detect issues, and support testing activities.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing Leadership, Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or Project Management.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, high-profile projects in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Proven expertise in UAT management and business stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
