Job Overview

Department Overview

The Corporate Access team within the Global Markets Division is responsible for organizing and managing a wide range of corporate access activities and investor events.

The team facilitates one-on-one meetings between institutional investors and companies, industry experts, academics, and policymakers, as well as planning and executing various investor-focused events, ranging from small group meetings to large-scale conferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute bespoke itineraries for overseas institutional investors visiting Japan, including the arrangement of all logistics from travel and accommodation to meeting schedules.      

  • Coordinate and respond to meeting requests from domestic and international institutional investors, arranging meetings with corporate management, industry experts, and academic professionals.

  • Lead corporate recruitment for conferences held in Japan and overseas, and manage all related event logistics from planning and setup to on-site execution.

  • Support the planning, preparation, and execution of other investor events, including analyst meetings and corporate days.

  • Support  the arrangement of NDR for the management teams of Corporate

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of all meetings and events.

  • Manage complex schedules, logistics, and all related communication for corporate access activities.

  • Assist with post-event follow-up and handle related administrative tasks.

  • Maintain accurate records and provide general operational support for the team.

Requirements

Required

  • Experience in a client-facing, coordination, or support role within the securities industry, financial services industry, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Fluent Japanese language skills.

  • English communication skills sufficient to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across international offices.

  • 1-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a client-facing, coordination, analyst support, executive assistant, administrative support, or financial service role.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills.

  • This position is particularly suited to early-career professionals seeking to develop expertise in corporate access, event management, and institutional client engagement.

Additional Information

  • Securities Sales Representative Qualification (JSDA Class 1) is required. Candidates who do not currently hold the qualification will be expected to obtain it after joining .
