Skills/competencies required:

  • Strong command of English (minimum C1) written and verbal communication in a client-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment operations (sourcing, screening, scheduling, reporting).
  • Strong focus on quality of delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client & Delivery Management

  • Lead and manage the client engagement for recruitment services.
  • Own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring all recruitment processes meet agreed SLAs and quality standards.
  • Act as primary point of contact for the client and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service efficiency.

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team (A4 and B1 levels).
  • Allocate workload, monitor performance, and ensure productivity targets are met.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach team members, including SMEs and new hires.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Ensure high-quality execution across sourcing, screening, and scheduling activities.
  • Monitor and enforce process compliance, documentation standards, and data accuracy.
  • Ensure all team members maintain accurate ATS updates and trackers.
  • Own and validate process documentation and updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardization efforts.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and present reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure forecasting and pipeline tracking is in place and reliable.

Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR stakeholders, and other support teams.
  • Work closely with internal functions (Quality, Training, Operations).
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and governance reviews.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for all team deliverables and service outcomes.
  • Drive process excellence in Talent Acquisition operations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Business-as-Usual (BAU) and strategic initiatives (hiring, improvements, standardization).
  • Participate in pre-sales activities (RFI/RFP support, solution design, etc.).
