Structural Engineer

YOUR ROLE
You are an experienced Mechanical or Structural Engineer with strong expertise in structural analysis and simulation. You combine technical excellence with a proactive mindset and thrive both independently and in collaborative teams.
- Perform advanced structural analyses (static, dynamic, fatigue)
- Lead and contribute to Fatigue & Damage Tolerance (FDT) activities
- Develop, review, and validate FEM models
- Define methodologies, calculation criteria, and engineering best practices
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and technical requirements
- Prepare and review high-quality technical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across international projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Mechanical, Structural, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
- +8 years of experience in structural analysis
- Strong expertise in Fatigue & Damage Tolerance (FDT)
- Advanced experience with FEM tools (Ansys, Abaqus, HyperMesh)
- Solid knowledge of metallic and composite structures
- Familiarity with industry standards and certification processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work autonomously with a high level of accountability
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Advanced level of English (C1 minimum)
