YOUR ROLE

You are an experienced Mechanical or Structural Engineer with strong expertise in structural analysis and simulation. You combine technical excellence with a proactive mindset and thrive both independently and in collaborative teams.

• Perform advanced structural analyses (static, dynamic, fatigue)
• Lead and contribute to Fatigue & Damage Tolerance (FDT) activities
• Develop, review, and validate FEM models
• Define methodologies, calculation criteria, and engineering best practices
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and technical requirements
• Prepare and review high-quality technical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across international projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Mechanical, Structural, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
• +8 years of experience in structural analysis
• Strong expertise in Fatigue & Damage Tolerance (FDT)
• Advanced experience with FEM tools (Ansys, Abaqus, HyperMesh)
• Solid knowledge of metallic and composite structures
• Familiarity with industry standards and certification processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work autonomously with a high level of accountability
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Advanced level of English (C1 minimum)
