ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for engineers to join a development team working on a product-focused initiative within a large-scale retail environment.
This is a high-impact role, where you will contribute to building and evolving scalable digital solutions supporting core business operations.
You will collaborate in a cross-functional team with designers, data specialists, and domain experts, contributing end-to-end to product development.

YOU WILL
- Develop and maintain applications using React and Node.js
- Contribute to building scalable, high-quality solutions
- Participate in solution design and implementation
- Work in a cloud-native environment
- Support and follow CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, data, business)
- Contribute to testing and ensuring code quality
- Support experimentation efforts (A/B testing, product improvements)
- Continuously learn and improve your technical skills
YOU HAVE
Must-have
- Experience with React (frontend development)
- Working knowledge of Node.js
- Understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Basic understanding of CI/CD and modern development practices
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Exposure to fullstack development
- Understanding of REST APIs
- Interest in product development and experimentation
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
