ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for engineers to join a development team working on a product-focused initiative within a large-scale retail environment.
This is a high-impact role, where you will contribute to building and evolving scalable digital solutions supporting core business operations.
You will collaborate in a cross-functional team with designers, data specialists, and domain experts, contributing end-to-end to product development.
Budapest | Hybrid (1 day onsite)

YOU WILL
- Develop high-quality, well-tested applications using React and Node.js
- Work in a cloud-native environment with modern engineering practices
- Contribute to solution design and technical modelling
- Participate in end-to-end development, from idea to production
- Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, data, business)
- Implement and support experimentation and A/B testing to drive product decisions
- Ensure code quality, performance and scalability
YOU HAVE
Must-have
- Strong experience with React (frontend development)
- Hands-on experience with Node.js (backend / fullstack exposure)
- Experience working in cloud-native environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Experience with automated testing and quality-focused development
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with product experimentation / A-B testing
- Background in retail / e-commerce
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Understanding of data-driven development
