About the Job you are considering:
As a Senior Experience Designer within DP you will proactively lead the design of intuitive accessible and customer focused digital experiences across our capabilities and services Working closely with Product Managers Engineers Researchers and Business Stakeholders you will translate complex customer and business needs into simple effective solutions that improve customer and employee outcomes You will form and inform the development of Al tools and Al driven process that support XDPs capabilities and you will help shape the strategy for future product releases and iterations.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
Lead end-to-end product design activities from discovery and research through to delivery and optimisation
Create user journeys wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile experiences
Champion user centred design practices and ensure solutions meet accessibility usability and regulatory requirements
Ensure a complete service experience not only thinking about the product in and of its self but how its supported maintained and improved
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define product strategy and influence design decisions
Use customer insights data and testing to validate designs and continuously improve experiences
Contribute to and evolve the organisations design system and design standards Promote design excellence and design thinking across the team
Your Skills:
Proven experience designing digital products in complex customer focused environments
Strong expertise in UX interaction design visual design and prototyping tools such as Figma
Experience working within agile product teams and collaborating with engineers and product managers
Excellent stakeholder management communication and facilitation skills
Experience validating concepts designs and research with real business users
Understanding of accessibility standards and design best practices
Experience designing products for and with Al tools such as Claude code
Experience in financial services banking or other regulated industries is desirable
