iOPS Lead for LATAM, Business Services
Description: reporting to the IOps Americas VP, this is a vital role to lead the delivery and transformation of the planning, supply chain and customer services functions for the LATAM region of a major global consumer goods company. The role presents a unique opportunity to lead an innovative service proposition for the lead client, potentially progressing to new clients as and when appropriate

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IOPs leadership and senior client teams across the region to deliver transformation and client value.
- Work with global and local BSV teams to ensure successful transition and service delivery of IOPs.
- Drive client outcomes: contract compliance, value delivery, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and service transformation.
- Support expansion of IOPs services across the Americas once the lead client is secured.
- Own and manage the LATAM P&L for the IOPs contract.
- Be accountable for delivering LATAM transformation initiatives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop local teams to achieve business objectives.
- Promote regional collaboration and integrated operations.
- Support negotiation, drafting, review, and execution of contract documents (Change Requests, Amendments, SOWs, Work Orders), coordinating with internal teams.
- Plan and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations in coordination with Service Delivery teams.
- Drive process improvements to optimize operations and meet evolving client requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, bid teams, and stakeholders to maximize client and company value.
- Collect and validate data for gainshare metrics, providing reporting and client engagement to track and recognize value delivered.
