Job Description

The Senior Principal Consultant is a senior-level consulting professional responsible for leading the analysis, architecture, design and delivery of complex enterprise solutions for strategic customers. The role combines deep technical and functional expertise with strong business understanding and customer-facing consulting capabilities. A particular focus of the role is the architecture and implementation of enterprise content and document management, digital archiving and long-term document preservation, business process management and workflow solutions, enterprise data solutions and system integration.

YOUR ROLE

• Lead the analysis of complex business, functional and technical requirements.
• Design enterprise document management, content management and digital archiving solutions.
• Design solutions supporting long-term preservation, authenticity, integrity and readability of electronic documents.
• Define workflow and business process solutions and their integration with surrounding enterprise systems.
• Contribute to data architecture, metadata models and enterprise data solutions in Risk Management Area including Metadata Driven Solutions
• Support customers in resolving complex functional, architectural and technical challenges and communicate complex technical concepts.

YOUR PROFILE

• Senior consulting professional with 15+ years of experience in information technology, combining enterprise architecture, functional and technical consulting, business analysis and hands-on implementation expertise.
• Risk management skills are essential; at least 2 years of experience is required, with a focus on how banking products are valued, understanding of interest income measurement, and dynamic balance sheet principles
• Extensive experience delivering complex enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to take responsibility for the analysis, architecture, design and implementation of business-critical solutions, with particular expertise in enterprise content management, document management, digital archiving , long-term document preservation and Risk Management
• Strong background in designing integrated solutions involving document capture and processing, workflow and business process management, enterprise databases, identity management, Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence platforms.
• Experience with long-term document preservation and digital archiving.
• Strong Oracle Database, SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with document workflow, Oracle BPM and enterprise integration.
