Your role

Lead execution of secondary logistics operations across complex markets, ensuring reliable delivery performance and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate shipments, manage system processes, resolve disruptions, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. The role focuses on operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement in distribution activities.

Your tasks

  • Coordinate and execute secondary logistics shipments
  • Manage order creation and shipment instructions in systems
  • Monitor end-to-end shipment performance and ETAs
  • Identify and resolve delays, risks, and service issues
  • Act as escalation point for complex disruptions
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, RDCs, 3PLs, and partners
  • Manage claims, discrepancies, and stock movements
  • Drive continuous improvement and prioritize logistics activities

Your profile

  • Min. 6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of transportation and distribution processes
  • Experience with ERP/logistics systems (SAP preferred)
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English and ability to work in complex environments
  • Readiness to work late shifts (8 hours between 12PM-12AM)
