**Secondary Logistics Specialist (Late Shift) - Lead Operations, Ensure Delivery Performance** Execute secondary logistics operations across complex markets, driving reliable delivery performance and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating shipments, managing system processes, resolving disruptions, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Focus on operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement in distribution activities. Coordinate shipments and manage order creation, monitor end-to-end shipment performance, identify and resolve delays, and act as an escalation point. Collaborate with Customer Service, distribution centers, 3PLs, and partners to manage claims, discrepancies, and stock movements. Drive continuous improvement and prioritize logistics activities. Requires 6+ years in logistics or supply chain, Bachelor's degree, strong transportation and distribution knowledge, and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). Advanced analytical skills, strong Excel, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Fluent English and readiness for late shifts (8 hours between 12PM-12AM) are required. Candidates should possess advanced problem-solving skills, experience with transportation and distribution processes, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. YOUR ROLE

- Coordinate and execute secondary logistics shipments
- Manage order creation and shipment instructions in systems
- Monitor end-to-end shipment performance and ETAs
- Identify and resolve delays, risks, and service issues

YOUR PROFILE
- Min. 6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of transportation and distribution processes
- Experience with ERP/logistics systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and ability to work in complex environments
- Readiness to work late shifts (8 hours between 12PM-12AM)
