As our New Zealand SAP Capability Development Lead, you will:
- Nurture existing client relationships
- Bring your own client relationships to Capgemini
- Build up a practice of SAP consultants catering for the New Zealand market
- Work closely with Capgemini sector leads to assess business opportunities and help respond to them
- Take part in SAP events in New Zealand
- Work closely with Capgeminis ANZ Leadership team which you will report to
- Act as the primary point of contact for NZ customers from an SAP point of view
- Contribute from a thought leadership perspective to help grow our clients but also our internal practice from a SAP perspective and the industry practices youve come across.
Your profile
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in SAP.
- SAP Finance background (8+ years)
- Utilities and or Public Sector background from a client industry perspective (8+ years)
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA with 3-4 full life-cycle implementations, combining greenfield, selective data transition and/or brownfield.
- Proven track record in selling and delivering large and small IT projects across Utilities and / or Public Sectors with onshore/offshore models.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
