YOUR ROLE

As a Rewards & Payroll Transformation Consultant, you will support the design and optimization of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits processes within HR transformation programs. You will work closely with HR teams, delivery organizations and technology partners to assess current practices, define future-state operating models and contribute to implementation activities. Your work will directly improve process efficiency, compliance and user experience across the Rewards/Payroll domain.

YOUR TASKS

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in HR transformation with strong exposure to Payroll and/or Compensation & Benefits.
  • Ability to map, analyze and redesign end-to-end HR processes.
  • Understanding of HR compliance, regulatory requirements and risk management.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret HR-related data.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in project environments.
  • Very good command of English.
