Your Role

As an R2R Finance & Accounting Process Specialist, you will support accurate financial reporting by processing accounting transactions, performing reconciliations, and contributing to month-end and year-end closing activities. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient accounting processes.

Your Tasks

  • Verify and process financial data in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, allocations, and other accounting transactions.
  • Perform account and intercompany reconciliations, including analysis of posting differences.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc financial analyses and reports.
  • Process HR-related settlements, including employee loans and payroll taxes.
  • Support VAT compliance activities, including VAT reporting and reconciliations.
  • Review project-related transactions and monitor daily accounting operations.

Your Profile

  • At least B2 level of English and good knowledge of MS Office
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience with the ability to analyze end-to-end processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
