Your role
As a Project Manager you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects for international clients, working in a multicultural environment with English and German as key communication languages. You will be responsible for project governance, scope, budget, and risk management, while coordinating cross-functional teams across agile and hybrid delivery models. Acting as a trusted partner for clients and stakeholders, you will ensure high-quality delivery, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
You will also contribute to building an AI-ready delivery environment by adopting modern tools and ways of working that improve efficiency, insight, and collaboration.
Your tasks
- Managing international agile and waterfall software development projects,
- Leading a team and supporting subordinates in their development,
- Collaborating with department managers, participating in recruitment, shaping processes and areas, as well as being responsible for selected ones,
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to use AI in project management processes, reporting, risk tracking, and team collaboration
Your profile
- 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects,
- 3 years of experience in people management (including performance reviews, development plans, recruitment, etc.),
- Experience in working with AI-supported tools or digital accelerators in project delivery, with readiness to further develop in an AI-enabled way of working,
- Growth mindset and openness to adopting AI-enabled practices and tools in project management and software delivery environments,
- Good understanding of principles and processes related to software development,
- Good knowledge of English and at least basic knowledge of German (if you have had a long break from using it and dont feel confident, you will refresh it during an intensive course).
