Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end cloud transformation programs (migration, modernization, cloud-native development).
Manage multiple projects/workstreams under a single program structure.
Ensure delivery excellence (on-time, within budget, high quality).
Act as a trusted advisor to CXO/VP-level stakeholders.
Define cloud adoption strategies, roadmaps, and operating models.
Drive governance, risk management, and compliance adherence.
Own financials including P&L, forecasting, and revenue growth.
Build and lead high-performing, distributed teams.
Support pre-sales, solutioning, and practice development initiatives.


Required Skills


Program Leadership

Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technology programs
Strong multi-project and portfolio management capabilities

Cloud Expertise

Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience with migration strategies (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor)
Knowledge of cloud-native architecture (microservices, containers, serverless)

Stakeholder Management

Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (CXO/VP level)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence

Financial Management

Experience owning P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
Commercial acumen with contracts and revenue growth strategies

Delivery & Governance

Expertise in program governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks
Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models

Leadership & People Management

Experience leading large, distributed, cross-functional teams

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 119015 - 170000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
