YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a talented and driven Production Planning Specialist to join our team. With a strong focus on Customer Commitment, Operational Excellence, and profitable growth, you will be part of a dynamic organization shaping the future of the automotive industry.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Integrate Vehicle Request Forecast (VRF) inputs across regions and programs into a single demand view.
  • Develop and document the Order Control Frame and formally release to Sales stakeholders.
  • Validate demand plans against Total Industry Volume (TIV), historical sales performance, mix assumptions.
  • Incorporate supplier capacity inputs from annual capacity surveys, RCCP activities, and capacity analytics.
  • Develop and evaluate alternative scenarios across volume, mix, cost, service level, and production stability.
  • Support executive S&OP, Volume & Mix, and Regional Planning governance forums with fact
    based insights.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain,Operations Management,or Masters from an accredited university.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive supply chain planning, production control, S&OP.
  • Strong working knowledge of demand planning, capacity planning, and supply constraint management
  • Proficiency in planning systems, ERP/MRP tools, and Excel
    based analytics.
  • High ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and fast
    paced environments.
