YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a talented and driven Outbound Operations Specialist to join our team. The Outbound Operations Analyst is responsible for end

to
end planning, execution, and financial control of outbound transportation and third
party logistics (3PL) operations for finished vehicle movement in a high
volume automotive manufacturing environment.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Design and model transportation networks to optimize total landed cost while meeting service and production requirements.
  • Develop transportation plans based on volume forecasts, RANs (Release Authorization Numbers), and master production schedules.
  • Prepare and validate export and shipping documentation in compliance with automotive customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor shipments through track
    and
    trace tools and proactively manage exceptions.
  • Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify cost drivers, service gaps, and operational inefficiencies.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or 3PL management within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive production planning, logistics flows, and JIT/JIS principles.
  • Hands
    on experience with freight audit, carrier management, and transportation cost control.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, TMS, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
