Marketing & Communication

Location: Japan, Tokyo

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic campaign activity. The primary focus of the role will be supporting reputation growth and hiring goals by creating compelling content & channel plans to engage targeted enterprise customers, potential candidates, and partners.

This role works closely with multiple stakeholders, such as APAC and Group teams, local sales, and enabling teams. The Marketing Manager will also lead internal communications for effective and efficient communication among employees.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Develop and execute corporate and employer brand campaigns aligned to the overall business goals and objectives, as well as market-segment specific goals and objectives
  • Work on the ideation, execution, and management of integrated marketing, communications, and demand generation/lead generation campaigns
  • Utilize channels such as web, digital advertising, paid media and media partnerships, email, social media, and other tactics

Website / SNS & Content Management

  • Own the development of contents, including localized copy, calls to action, and customer journey for marketing campaigns, based on target customer segments, campaign goals, and desired results
  • Ensure consistent use of established branding, core value proposition messaging, imagery, and positioning across internal and external marketing materials, graphics, communications, and more

Internal Communications

  • Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations
  • Work with key organizational stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the companys goals and values
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant
  • Coordinate internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture

Professional Experience & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or relevant experience
  • 35+ Marketing Communications experience in Japanese or foreign capital company
  • Japanese Native + Business English

Marketing Expertise

  • Thorough understanding & experience of marketing function, planning, operations, and execution using marketing automation technology, training and optimization
  • Thorough understanding & experience of digital (SNS, Web SEM & SEO, online advertising) and content marketing
