Your Role
- Design and implement API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns across hybrid platforms.
- Define and review end-to-end technical designs, security patterns, and integration standards.
- Enable and guide z/OS EE Connect API enablement for legacy integration.
- Drive modernization of IBM zSeries applications (COBOL, DB2, CICS) into microservices-based architecture.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide progress updates, risks, and innovation opportunities.
- Work within Agile delivery models and support DevOps practices including CI/CD and containerized deployments.
Your Profile
- Strong experience with IBM zSeries applications: COBOL, DB2, CICS.
- Hands-on experience with z/OS EE Connect API enablement.Expertise: REST API Design (RAML/JSON)
- Proven expertise in mainframe modernization using microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of API connectivity patterns and API security patterns.
- Enterprise Integration Patterns using Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub, IBM CDC, and APIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
