Your Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a diverse portfolio of initiatives spanning large-scale capital programs, digital transformation, and business-as-usual IT projects. This role will play a key part in delivering complex manufacturing and digitalization programs in an international environment.

You will contribute to a portfolio that includes:

  • Large Capital Programs: Construction of new facilities with significant digital and IT components
  • Digital Transformation Programs: Including multi-year initiatives focused on patient supply and operational excellence
  • Business-as-Usual Initiatives: System upgrades, mandatory releases, and compliance activities

As part of large capital projects, you will operate within a structured digitalization framework covering:

  • Infrastructure
  • Global Applications (e.g., LIMS, ERP, MAS)
  • Equipment Integration
  • Data & Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate IT project activities for application and equipment deployments within large manufacturing programs
  • Collaborate with IT application leads, process owners, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • Establish and maintain strong project management standards, governance, and reporting
  • Support cross-functional integration across digitalization pillars
  • Contribute to program-level coordination in complex, multi-project environments
  • Adapt to shifting priorities within a flexible project portfolio

Your Profile

  • Proven experience managing IT projects in complex, international environments
  • +5 years of experience in Project Management roles
  • Strong understanding of digital systems implementation (e.g., ERP, LIMS, manufacturing systems)
  • Ability to operate across both project and program management levels
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, CAPM) are valued
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or capital-intensive industries is a plus
