Your tasks

  • Gain hands-on experience and insight into daily IT Service Desk operations
  • Participate in training programs that prepare you for the role of an IT Support Agent
  • Learn how to effectively troubleshoot issues and guide end users step by step
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure a positive user experience
  • Understand how to collaborate with technical teams and learn key Service Management principles
  • Support the Service Desk team with day-to-day activities

Your profile

  • Very good command of German language (C1)
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Strong motivation to start a career in IT
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
