Own major incident communications and stakeholder alignment during high-pressure service events, ensuring timelines, owners, actions, and next updates are explicit in Spanish and English

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage major incident communications, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
  • Coordinate business and technology stakeholders during customer-impacting incidents.
  • Support regional business engagement and escalation management.
  • Ensure decision points, action owners, and next-update timings are clearly captured.
