Your Role

In this role, you will support our clients by handling HR administration tasks, responding to calls and emails, and explaining HR policies and procedures. Youll manage your part of the HR process according to our standards and keep documentation up to date, working closely with your team in an international environment.

Your Tasks

  • Handle client queries via phone, chat, email, and case system.
  • Administer HR processes and transactions.
  • Clarify HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Fluency in French (C1) and good command of English (min. B2)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation and proactive attitude.
  • Student status or completed higher education.
  • Interest in HR and willingness to grow in this area.
