Full Job Description

ING Hubs Slovakia is growing, and it applies to Working Capital Solutions (WCS) department as well. The aim of the activities performed in the department is to support our global Supply Chain Finance business. In cooperation with ING colleagues from all around the world we enable suppliers to receive early payments on their invoices from their buyers. In order to be able to do so, we need to onboard these suppliers as well as buyers into our internal systems. And here comes the interesting part.

As a Junior/Associate Clients Onboarding Specialist you would:

  • Communicate with buyers (ING clients), suppliers and financial institutions where English and German is the main language. We also support in French, Spanish or Italian.

  • Guide them through the onboarding process

  • Collect and prepare all relevant documentation

  • Conduct mandatory screenings and sanity checks

Never heard of Supply Chain Finance before? Dont worry, with the right mindset and support of your future colleagues you will master this skill for sure. Personality requirements and skills:

  • Proficiency in English (C1) and German (C1), speaking French, Spanish or Italian is a plus.

  • High attention to details.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Able to learn fast. Willing and eager to develop, open for challenges.

  • Work independently whilst keeping the team morale high.

  • Experience with excel is an advantage.
