We are seeking a Financial Reporting & Accounting Analyst to join our finance organization. This role is responsible for the preparation, analysis, consolidation, and review of financial and tax-related reports, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with financial reporting capabilities, supporting end-to-end financial processes, budget reviews, financial statement analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, consolidate, and review financial and tax reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analyses.
  • Generate standard and ad-hoc financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and monitor end-to-end control of financial reporting and accounting processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS/NIIF and applicable accounting standards (IAS/NIC).
  • Ensure compliance with local tax legislation, accounting regulations, and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Accounting Technician (Perito Contador) and/or Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting and Auditing (CPA equivalent).
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, tax reporting, or related finance functions.
  • Experience in:
    • Financial Reporting
    • Accounting principles and practices
    • IFRS / NIIF
    • IAS / NIC
    • Financial Statements preparation and analysis
    • Local tax legislation and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with report consolidation and financial analysis.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • English level B2 or higher, with the ability to participate in meetings and answer business-related questions.
