Role Purpose

The Cyber Business Development Executive is responsible for driving profitable growth of Capgeminis Cybersecurity business across Belgium. Aligned with the UNLEASH operating model, this role owns cybersecurity pipeline generation, executive client engagement, opportunity qualification, pursuit orchestration and sales execution. The successful candidate will position Capgemini as a trusted cybersecurity partner for business transformation, resilience and secure innovation.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute the cybersecurity growth plan for Belgium.
• Generate and qualify cybersecurity opportunities across existing and new clients.
• Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Risk Officers and business executives.
• Lead executive-level discussions around cyber resilience, cloud security, identity security, managed security services, AI security and regulatory compliance.
• Own opportunities from qualification through contract signature.
• Coordinate account teams, cyber principals, solution leads, alliance partners and delivery leaders.
• Drive demand generation activities, client events and partner-led campaigns.
• Contribute to strategic account planning and whitespace identification.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline.
• Ensure adherence to Capgemini governance, risk and compliance processes.

Success Measures

Qualified cybersecurity pipeline generation; cybersecurity bookings; contract value growth; new logo acquisition; win rate improvement; executive relationship development; contribution to Belgium cybersecurity revenue growth.

Required Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, cybersecurity sales, consulting sales or business development.
• Proven track record of building pipeline and closing complex opportunities.
• Experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
• Experience selling consulting, managed services, transformation or cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience operating in a matrix and international environment.

Technical and Market Knowledge

Strong understanding of cybersecurity strategy, cloud security, identity and access management, security operations, cyber resilience, governance risk and compliance, data security and AI security. Ability to articulate business value rather than deep technical specialization.

Required Certifications and Training

Mandatory: SC-900 (or equivalent cybersecurity foundation certification); recognized sales methodology training (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Miller Heiman or equivalent); cybersecurity awareness and risk training. Preferred: CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, AZ-900, AI-900, SC-100, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and strategic partner accreditations (Microsoft, Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike).

Languages

Professional fluency in English, French and Dutch is mandatory. Candidates must be able to conduct executive presentations, negotiations and client engagements in all three languages.
