Your role

You will join our dynamic Order-to-Cash (O2C) organization, leading a team of Credit & Exposure Management professionals supporting global clients. As a Team Manager, you will combine people leadership, process expertise, and business partnering to ensure high-quality service delivery while driving continuous improvement and client value.

Your task

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Credit Underwriting and Credit Management professionals.
  • Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Credit & Exposure Management processes and client requirements.
  • Manage credit risk assessments, credit limit reviews, and underwriting activities to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Credit Policies, credit management protocols, and insurance requirements.
  • Build relationships with credit insurers, brokers, and stakeholders to optimize coverage and minimize financial risk.
  • Monitor operational performance, prepare key reports, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Lead process optimization, automation, and innovation initiatives while balancing risk management with commercial objectives.

Your profile

  • Experience in Credit Management, Credit Underwriting, Risk Management, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Previous experience in leading or coordinating teams within a shared services, BPO, or global business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, exposure management, and credit policy governance.
  • Experience working with credit insurance providers and underwriting processes will be an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, and automation initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
  • English proficiency at minimum CEFR B2 level.
  • Certification in at least one DGEM technology solution would be considered an advantage.
