Your Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Cost Control and Fleet Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for end

to
end logistics and fleet cost planning, execution tracking, financial governance, and continuous improvement across inbound and outbound automotive flows.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Establish and maintain logistics budget assumptions including volume, rates, fuel indices, accessorial, and operating models
  • Align logistics and fleet budgets with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and SCM operating strategies
  • Own and maintain LCPP libraries and consolidate roll
    ups to LCPU for enterprise visibility
  • Collect and validate weekly logistics and operational expense inputs from inbound and outbound teams
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate gaps or exceptions in approval flows
  • Compare actual incurred logistics and fleet costs against approved budget and forecasts

Your Profile

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, or Business from an accredited university
  • 3-8 years of experience in automotive logistics, fleet operations, SCM finance, or transportation cost management
  • Strong exposure to inbound/outbound logistics, carrier management, and fleet operations
  • Experience working with budgets, forecasts, accruals, and variance analysis
  • Strong understanding of automotive logistics flows (plant, port, yard, dealer)
  • Experience with logistics cost structures, fuel indices, tolls, and contracts
  • Experience in OEM or Tier
    1 automotive logistics environment
