Capgemini is seeking a Commercial Team Lead to oversee the delivery of customer business planning services for our clients. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement in process quality and effectiveness while supporting core commercial functions such as Sales Planning, Joint Business Planning (JBP), Trade Promotion Effectiveness, and Commerce Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Key Account Managers in executing customer strategies, including sales plans, promotions, and product launches.
- Lead evaluation of trade promotion strategies across channels and customers, providing ROI-driven insights and scenario planning.
- Develop proactive scenarios using sales data, customer trends, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, account reviews, and business proposals.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end alignment of commercial plans.
- Oversee post-promotion analysis, including volume uplift, profitability, and net revenue realization to refine future strategies.
- Ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives and timely delivery of customer requirements.
