Your Role

As a Change Control & Change Management, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting TrackWise applications to meet business and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders, quality teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain TrackWise applications and workflows.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into TrackWise solutions.
  • Customize forms, workflows, reports, and system configurations within the TrackWise platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
  • Perform system enhancements, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in data migration, integration, and system upgrade activities.
  • Develop and execute unit testing and support UAT activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Provide production support and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Must-have: Strong hands-on experience with TrackWise.
  • 4+ years of experience in application development, configuration, or support.
  • Experience in TrackWise workflow development, configuration, and customization.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, and Audit Management processes.
  • Experience with SQL and database concepts.
  • Understanding of application integrations and system interfaces.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
