We are looking for a Change Management Analyst to oversee the overall Change Management process, with a focus on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and data-driven insights to continuously improve efficiency, quality and adoption.

Key accountabilities

  • Support the management of a Change through the course of its lifecycle, using AI tools to monitor progress and predict potential risks.
  • Support the preparation for the Change Advisory Boards to assess changes' impact, implementation, test and rollback plans, incorporating AI-driven analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Help to prevent incidents caused by change, using predictive analytics and AI-powered trend analysis to identify high-risk changes.
  • Document changes' post implementation review, utilising AI to analyse feedback and identify patterns for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure resources are aligned with the highest-value opportunities, supported by AI-based prioritisation and resource allocation tools.
  • Report and regularly review change management performance and quality, using AI dashboards and automated reporting to provide real-time insights.
  • Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes and reports concerning change management, integrating AI-driven process mapping and optimisation tools.
  • Work with the process owners for problem and incident management to identify improvements to the processes and develop metrics to support them, leveraging AI to uncover root causes and recommend enhancements.
